Been going over on my RDI almost every day lately (while staying within my macros). I'm thinking about adding that to future challenges (staying UNDER, not going).We already have seven mini-challenges, though. Do you think eight would be too many?

I like the idea. bTW, I need a question answered as I am still confused about it, despite reading about Keto. Are the macros the percentages or the grams or both? Any answers appreciated

I am by no means an expert on Keto (or any other diet plan), but my understanding is that it refers to the PERCENTAGEs of Carbohydrates, Fats and Protein shown on the "pie chart" at the bottom of your food diary. When I say "macros," I'm sorta referring to ALL of the things I'm grying to balance, including Fiber. But, that might just be me. Hope you'll get a more definitive answer from someone else.
