Oh yes, it's just the delicious food that might happen after the beer. The one thing I don't track is alcohol. It's in a league of its own. I used to get plenty of sleep Chris, but I have a 4 month old and work 3rds...nuff said.

beer calories don't burn any quicker by itself. They're sugars.

You mean I've been drinking sugar all these years?! 😱 Alcohol may not "burn" quicker, but it's metabolized faster because the body stops everything and uses it first. It's absorbed into the linings of your gi tract almost immediately. So it kinda does get used quicker than a tuna melt. And alcohol is not sugar.. Some may have small amounts, like beer. Straight vodka has zero sugar.
