That's two days in a row and without doing anything extreme, so we will count it as a solid weight in my mind. Nice to have because I'm going to a wedding this afternoon and it's a great motivator to stay on track. I already know I'm having salmon with greens, so it's just a matter of cake in moderation and quite frankly, I'm off alcohol at the moment. Don't know if there will be time for a swim this afternoon or not, but will walk dogs.

Back to everything, and I mean everything, taking forever to get done. Prescription refill down the street took almost two hours. How? I don't know, it just did. Going to skip the other errands I wanted to run this morning and will take care of them tomorrow so I'm not stressed and sweaty.

Going off the packaged foods today. Yikes! Will be logging religiously and making sure to stay within my numbers, including wedding meals.
