Chris, how much of a gain did you experience when you started creatine? I think I've gained some muscle back but I also started creatine. Maybe 6-7 grams per day this month.

Just going by the mirror but muscle looks bigger overall and waist is smaller. I can stick my whole arm up to my upper arm into my lifting belt when it is latched and I already had to make it smaller twice since I started dieting. It needs adjusting again. I don't have calipers. More veins and striations keep appearing.

My medium shorts look funny, I bought a pair of small shorts(28-30 waist) just so I don't have to tighten so much.

Ok now I hate you D. (Joking) I can wear a mens small lol. Medium in shirts for the extra room to layer. Used to wear men’s size 28 waist Levi’s for awhile. Good heavy Jean for working outside. Wonder if I still have them... would be good to measure progress using them. Keep up the good work gentlemen!
