I am glad you got this back down and this week you are practicing strict carnivore and see if it makes any difference. omad and strictness may get the job done!

I'm so tired today and hungry, omad isn't gonna work today. I tried MCT but didn't feel any different, I took the dog for a walk. Then I just needed something I was so hungry. It's annoying. I've got a good day planned and the last few days have been just as perfect. So...... Let the pounds fall of 🙏 morning glucose 96. This week I'm keeping my protein at about 55. Next week I might try 70. At 55 I have to add fat calories to get to a reasonable calorie intake. At 70, it's much easier.

Adefwebserver woke up hungry, got my coffee, didn't settle hunger, added mct waited an hour, walked dog, still was bet hungry and tired , they always go together don't they! Then, I ate 4oz chicken at 10

nothing wrong with having to eat, that is a sign your body needs something this morning. I did not sleep well last night too under calories for the day. so you do drink coffee I never see you long it. yes trying different macro's is good.

@jenjabba - Darn. If you feel hungry you're gonna eat. I guess I am so lucky I have the 'no true hunger until I eat' thing. It is the basis of OMAD.

Adefwebserver ive done one meal a day for a while and didn't cut my hunger, I always get hungry. But most of the time I fight it. My hungry signals are all screwed up. I usually fight it. Even even my stomach is growling. But I don't get the cravings anymore. If I don't eat when I'm really hungry hungry, I and up eating way too much that evening or the next day. Everyone I know on lchf has lost their big appetite, not lucky me. Maybe in 6 months I can hope it will get better.

😕 The only way I am not hungry at all is doing the dry IF fasting , but I don't know if you want to try it.

@jenjabba - Darn. The only other thing I can think of is that when I consumed the Protein powder during the day yesterday I was experiencing 'true hunger' (meaning: not just 'I want to eat'). This is why I was consuming so much of the stuff. What @Keilin_4 brings up may be the issue. I think she means no water, but for me I can have water. For me, I can consume Green Tea with Splenda all day and not get hungry. However, when I consume "anything else" it will trigger 'true hunger'. *I have no willpower* There is NO WAY I would have been able to 'fight the hunger' like you have!

Yes, it's Intermittent fasting with not even water, Adefwebserver's diet sounds good to me, coffee with something else in it keeps me full too
