well FINALLY! it's taken me 3 dang months to lose 6 pounds. Holy crap. Carnivore keto on. maybe this is the turning point? I definitely feel like it's settling into a WOL. not a diet. I was listening to a Sean Baker podcast on how one doc fixed a severely broken metabolism. I believed they calories cycled every 3 days or so, along with increase exercise on higher calorie days. I defiantly am more hungry some days than others. I have sort of been doing that already. I just need to be consistent with starting back with a lifting routine. another interesting thing, my belly fat is feeling very squishy, that's good, melt away. have a good keto carnivore day. this is month 4.
