Journaling again. So Optavia took it upon themselves to process my order last night instead of on Friday which is payday and guess what? It didn’t take. Which is good because they would have screwed up all my other bills if they’d emptied out that account. I pushed it out to the end of the month and I’m going to suffer through all of my not favorite things and gain some cabinet space back. They changed it so you pretty much have to order once a month via the web to save any money. It’s really hard. It was much better buying what I needed each week. So now I’m thinking about alternatives. Like protein shakes, egg whites and the like. I’ve gotten good at logging my food, I’m off the sugar, and I’m exercising. Decision time, and it’s a big one. FS has been better for me than talking to my counselor, so I’m tempted to put together a solid plan and go off the program for a month and see if I can maintain the loss.
