Ashamed to say I was in the fridge at midnight also. I think I am stress eating though. I am also taking a b complex. Oh, and don't forget my CBD Oil which I know is helping with my sleep.

Kimberlie we were communicating at midnight 😁 I also take a multi vitamin and B complex. I use valarian root or melatonin to help sleep. Woke up with massive runs too, very weird. I took two valarian root last night. I don't think bacon gives the runs or valarian root. Maybe. No munchie snacking at night, that's the worst.

I noticed you don't have much in the way of veggies, I get steamer bags in the frozen section of cauliflower, broccoli flowerettes and sometimes brussel sprouts. I cook up the bag and take out what I need for the day and put it in the fridge. It lasts a couple days. I later heat up my portion with some nice butter or if I would be energetic some kind of sauce like dip. mostly just plain butter. it is sinus season too

Baskington, no prob, I deleted the post about meds since I'm not on any and didn't want anyone commenting to read it wrong. The cabbage in my diary is actually home made sauerkraut 😁 totally awesome. I usually have a salad for dinner. Yesterday eating was different since I usually don't have bacon. Glad you had a great workout. How much have you lost since your account is gone, I can't tell. Today is salmon salad for dinner I think.

Definitely keep your electrolytes up eating Keto. Your body will flush them more on that woe so you need enough throughout the day. Salt your food along with using the potassium powder. Use pink Himalayan salt, 1.5-2 teaspoons a day extra. Also take a magnesium supplement. Night time is best for that as it can help you sleep. Make sure you're eating enough healthy fats during your day with each meal. If you're going too low in calories, you'll definitely be hungry, so try to get an extra boost of fats, especially at your dinner meal. If you're just starting Keto it may take a couple days to feel better, but it's generally due to not enough electrolytes.

Are you using any artificial sweeteners? Xylitol and Erythritol are the best, but too much will cause the runs.

gz9gig haven't had any erythritol in at lest 3 days, I'm not fond of it's taste, but maybe that caused the runs a few days later. Good idea 👍
