Yard work does make the scale go down. A little more this morning, then temptation alley at a picnic this afternoon. Planning on sticking to proteins and salads. Two drinks, hoping there’s my low carb beverage of choice these days, vodka. If not, one beer. Enjoy the holiday, and thanks to all those who serve, but especially the fallen.
