Well it looks like I've plateaued at 144.2. Which I have to sadly say I'm happy it isn't going up anymore at least. Now that I've stabilized higher than my starting point (ugh) I will hopefully start going down again. I admit I'm a bit optimistic and agitated at the same time. Optimistic maybe because the weather is getting nicer and I feel myself wanting to go outside more. Agitated because I'm still struggling. It's such a roller coaster of emotions.
