This weight loss journey of ours, I believe, is an ever-evolving process. We try different ways of eating, we modify recipes, we learn new things, and we set/reset our goals as the journey goes on. I don't believe there is a certain set of rules or exact way of eating that works for EVERYONE. But I DO believe, that we each can stock a weight loss/fitness/nutrition 'toolbox' in our minds...full of tips, hacks, testimonies, graphics, inspiration...'bits & bobs'...and that those 'tools' will come to mind when we need them. Every once in a while, we need to get the old toolbox out and review some of the things that we may have forgotten or never actually tried. Some folks are brand new to FatSecret...and to them I say "Welcome!" This is a safe place to learn, share & be supported. @wifey...we actually use avocado oil or EVOO...I save the coconut oil for baking/desserts 👩🍳

I do all these except for using coconut oil. I used to but now I usually go for EVOO. Excellent post!
