I cut out artificial sugar on Friday, three days ago and the scale started moving down again. When I crave something sweet I'll eat a small bite of it. I also started eating one or two strawberries because I was seriously craving it.
Line of the week, you don't tell an alcoholic to drink in moderation, just as you don't tell a sugar addict to eat in moderation.
