ugh!!! i’m keeping this as a diary so please don’t mind this shameless venting.. I feel very frustrated. I lost a lot of weight around this time last year and I was looking at pics. I looked so good. But I gained most of it back. >_<
I learned a lot though. I know I can do it again if i wanted. Plus i picked up so many healthy habits and random knowledge so I’m better equipped to live out my best healthiest life. It’s better than immediately running to the scale every morning to obsessively check my weight. Sigh..
