what's the calorie and how much carb, protein and fats does it contain. Can you let us know the ingredients too ?

・50g Quick oats
・30ml Water
・10g Almond meal
・10g Chickpea flour
・3g Dry yeast
・Pinch of salt
・4g Baking powder
・10g Sweetener(Natvia)
・1 Egg
・5g Psyllium husk
1.Mix everything(add psyllium at the end)
2.Let it sit for 5min
3.Spread it on baking paper nicely
(the dough is sticky)
4.Put your favourite toppings
5.Bake it in the oven for 10 to 15min (200℃)
