Yes, it has no borders, the only food that I never think I like is Indian, I already tried it🙁 because my mother likes it. So this year I will try something oriental. I would generally eat hamburgers or breaded chicken for my birthday, but I think this year I will experiment with steamed buns, some stuffed with meat and some stuffed with chocolateI saw them in a book in a library and I craved them 😋

Thanks for your kind answer! ^^ I read a book about “low GI(may be low sugar or carb) diet” few days ago written by Japanese doctor (Dr Koji Ebe) and I wonder what is difference between low GI diet from Ketogenic diet(Low Carb, high protein, high fat) Because too much eating fat, It might be risky to my body.(Especially, cardio-vascular system) I thought that you are doing the low GI or low sugar diet. So I asked. I agree to much biased food intake is not suitable to body. But low carb diet may be essential to us, because we have too much Carb and sugar nowadays
