Marx, this is my first time making them since my epic failure a few years ago. The filling was a wet gloppy mess. No one touched them. This time was a hit. Thanks for your ingredient list. I might try that soon, I have 3 eggs left.

I've seen some recipes that include horseradish, jalapeno, bacon, avocado, etc. It's amazing how many different ways these little things can be dressed up.

Onion dip in your deviled egg? What a great idea. I always use mayo, mustard and Truvia sweetener with a little salt and pepper.
