Moopie, make your own coffee. Have you calculated the cost of the coffee you are drinking? You could buy an entire wardrobe with what you spend on coffee!

I normally do make my own, I agree it’s overpriced. Work has been extra busy this week, so I was visiting the coffee stand and today went to Star$$$. I will go back to making my own tomorrow.

I have remind myself it’s just water weight. I was still at a calorie deficit regardless of what the scale says.

I had to give up lattes when I went keto . . . but now I have HWC in my coffee - an excellent trade-off. In restaurants that only offer half-and-half, I either drink my coffee black, or add butter instead.
