In my 40's trying to get in to shape I was mostly sedentary for a couple decades...
Treadmill broke so got an elliptical instead figure I don't have to worry about frying electronics that way. Took a detour for a bit but I am back on my journey.
Currently I do six 20 minute sessions on the elliptical I try to finish before lunch.
Daily Goals are 10k steps 120 minutes elliptical and 850 active calories burned.
