I am almost 50 years old, married to my highschool sweetheart and we have 2 children and 5 grandchidren.

Since 2008 I have slowly gain about 35 pounds. I have tried WW on my own in the past and have been successful, but lately, with stresses of life, I find it very hard to stay motivated to eat healthy and exercise.

I was happy to find this site. I love the recipes and hope to find support in this journey that I'm on right now. Hopefully I will find some weight loss buddies to help me along and in return, I can encourage others in their own journey.
