I am trying to get into shape for myself and my daughter, also I would love to look hot at my wedding. I want to influence healthy living into her life as she grows up, so I need to be a prime example of it. I have been telling myself I would lose the weight for the last three years and now it is time to actually do it (being pregnant from mid 2018 into spring 2019 also put a damper on losing weight). I work nights so staying motivated after work to exercise is necessary instead of heading straight to bed. I hope one day to be able to walk the Pacific Northwest Trail. I am not a runner by any means so marathons are a disinterest to me.
