Hello everybody! My name is Yelena. I am 46 years of age. This is 2024 bio update. So I used to be 120 kg, at the moment my weight is 101.1 kg. So it is means that I lost 18.9 kg in total.

In last 23 years I tried different diets ( Atkins diet, keto, intermittent fasting ( 12 hour window 16:8),5:2 diet,counting calories. Nothing worked. I ALWAYS WAS THINKING ABOUT THE FOOD. It felt like FOOD was controling me.

Last year I started researching another 2 types of diets:
1) The Mediterranean Diet and
2) Anti-Inflammatory Diet.

So far so good. If before on other diets my weight was going up and down and up again. So, on these 2 new diets, from the beginning of this year my weight going down, and DOESN'T GOES UP AGAIN ( it is includes eating and walking ).
