Frustrating week. Scale is not budging from the up of last week. Walked last night, but did not swim. I will try and get it in tonight, but work has been pressing this week and shows no sign of letting up at the moment. I also have hives on one side of my body since Sunday, I think. They're delightful. Seen a bunch of docs over the years, but basically it's "don't scratch or touch (HA!), stay cool, eat benadryl, try NOT to sweat, and don't scratch or touch." So much fun.

Trying to get back to what has been working, although as I look at my log, it has been creeping up calorically. That's on me. Hoping I'll have a drop tomorrow and that this morning's high is just a daily fluctuation. Onward and downward.
