I just kinda piled it up.. 90/10 beef with meunster cheese, 4 over easy eggs, with a couple bacon wrapped cream cheese stuffed mushrooms. And a spinach salad...

I did if 16/8 then 20/4 now Omad, it gets easier if your considering it.

I did 17 so I could eat with my wife. Have been doing 18s for a couple weeks. I basically had this one meal and started next fast..
