Crazy days again, keeping it short. Hit almost all my rings this week, way better than February. Eating is mostly clean except one day where I went and ate my almonds twice. I was ravenous hungry, so life goes on. I did log it and that's what matters. I'm stalled on the scale with my unofficial weigh ins, but that could be another lull followed by a drop. Smaller pants are continuing to fall off, I can see that I'm losing in my butt and chest areas. I don't really mind, it's almost all fat, so that's a good thing. Just trying to keep on track. Hard to drink water when I'm cold. Trying to be mindful of that.

I need to "mute" certain people on the web and in my life. They're just too negative and are a drain on me. There's difference between venting and pulling others down in your darkness. Wish they'd figure out how to filter.
