Today, we went wild and added zoodles to our beef vegetable soup!!! Added some garlic, cumin, and other spices. Tastes like real food!!! I've been good and stayed away from the scale all week. Wearing my jeans with my topped tucked in and a belt today. Didn't walk last night due to working late, but should have a more normal evening tonight and tomorrow, for sure!

Making a list of things I want to get done this weekend. I do well with lists. Thinking about bringing someone in this weekend for a few hours just to help me dig out from under stuff. It's easier to do with a witness.

One of the big goals I have this weekend is to make some permanent space in my office for tiny workouts. What I mean by that is that since I sometimes spend 12 or more hours at my desk, I want to be able to pick up some weights or use my virtual snowboard (simple balance board) while I'm on the endless telecons that work requires of me. Gotta start working on this core. I really let myself go this year and I need to get it back so I can do the things I want to do.

I have been taking some in between pictures of myself. I don't know why that's always been so hard for me, but I'm trying to get over it. I'm not that shy, but I'm not into the whole selfie thing as a lifestyle. Just a dork, I guess.
