Today is the last day of the first week. I am over the crazy hungry and making more rational choices as far as when and where I eat. I'm not setting my watch to make sure I only eat every two hours and not a second sooner. I am trying to keep a regular schedule for eating and I like to think these smaller quantities are shrinking my stomach. I'm not drinking soda at all anymore, not even plain carbonated water. Just the Water Drops and just enough to cut the smell of our lovely California water (chlorine smell). With the exception of the oatmeal, I add a handful of spinach leaves to pretty much everything I cook, I may have to build this in as a permanent habit.
