Not that hungry today. Took counselor's advice and did not try to hit my usual 10K steps yesterday. Odd approach, but I'm not crazy hungry at the moment. I'm also learning what I like and what I do not like. That will help. Adding spinach to everything besides oatmeal makes it taste more like real food. Also broke out the Costco "salt-free" seasoning to add flavor without sodium since the meals already have more salt than I am used to. I am already less bloated. Hope this translates over to the scale tomorrow - the first weigh in. That will only be three full days in, so need to keep expectations in check.
Will probably focus more on feelings than food going forward. One editorial comment, I went into the new year with the goal of not spending frivolously, this effort has helped that somewhat as I'm going to wait before picking up random things that may only be relevant for a few weeks of this journey. Plus, I gotta pay for this expensive food. That is really hard for the cheapskate in me. 😂
