So about another 2 lbs. to be down to the lowest I was last year. I will be there in a week or less. I plan to keep going until I am about 8% bf which will be the lowest I have ever been in my life. Heck, I don't think that I have even been to 10%. Love my diet, love my training routine, love my wife and kids, loving life.
