My goal today is going to be a heavy workout day. I'm going to try to get my puffy on. So far, I went for a 5 mile run/walk. After I returned home I weighted myself again and I had loss more than 4 pounds of water since the weight I posted this morning. I always use my morning weight to be consistent. It's not unusual for me to lose weight after a run but I thought I would mention it today. I re-hydrated and ate some food to get my weight and fuel back up. Resistance training is up next...
