Not weighing myself. Been reasonably good, hoping for a nice drop when I do hit the scale in a few more days. I think I'm starting to pick up the pieces. Spent a long time talking with an old friend yesterday, she told me to pick a room, clear it out and own it again. No shame in throwing things out if it helps me become functional again, so I did just that. Moved the "extra" chair out of the back room and into the front porch to go over to the rental. Tossed three boxes of random stuff I don't need. If someone else wanted it, they should have been more specific. Too late now.

Threw away an entire box of old toiletries that no one is ever going to use. It doesn't matter what it cost to get them, it matters what they cost in the limited real estate of my house and in my mind. And no, for those wondering, I am not a hoarder, I have a small house with my stuff plus all the stuff from my dad's house and then even more stuff my mom shipped here all at once. Crazy.

As soon as I have more space cleared between the boxes and bins, I'm going to hire someone to help clean between the piles while I continue to organize and dispose of stuff. I can't do it all by myself, there's just not enough time in the day with a full time job.
