Today, I feel like it will take 100 years to reach my goal weight, which isn't really a goal, is it? I'm more concerned with my overall appearance weight than what the scale says. Perhaps that's perspective? My real goals are to get from a (current) 36 inch waist to 30 inches and I'd like my legs to go down some, but I don't want chicken legs either. I've been skinny without any muscle and I was miserable.
