Woke at 209.2, up 3.0 from yesterday. My typical water retention from the meds I take weekly. Should be able to squeeze that out over the weekend. Targeting 1700 calories. Out of town at a racing event so the healthy food options will be limited but I'll do my best! UPDATE: Had a nice day at the Eastern Museum of Motor Racing. Ate a hot sausage link and went ahead and ate the bun, but what really killed me was some homemade beef barley soup. They served up a nice two-cup serving. When I entered it into FS later I saw that it was 36 carbs! Yikes! Oh well, they are targets, not mandates. Ate exactly 1700 calories by breaking a piece of dark chocolate in half and giving the other piece to my son Jason. He gave me a bit of a chocolate cupcake which was maybe an inch, but I entered a quarter cupcake as that was the lowest measurement available on the app today. Sat on my ass all night until 10 again and then did an hour on the treadmill while reading work documents. Got a 207.8 weigh in.

Have fun on your Road Trip. I can feel you about the choices but I suggest you pack some fiber bars or snacks to keep you on track I know that helps me when I'm on the road. Good luck and have a fun and safe trip.
