Not weighing in this morning because I ate salmon last night and it was full of salt. I feel good, pants are looser and my BP is good. Drinking warm water with lemon and cinnamon, which is a weird combination, but reminds me of that "Russian tea" they used to make out of (this is hysterical) Tang, cinnamon and Lipton Instant when I was a kid. I thought I was so grown up, but I wouldn't dare to touch something like that these days. Do they even still make Tang? I don't shop in the normal grocery stores, so no clue.
