Happy Monday.

A came down with a terrible cold on Thursday that lead to me calling out sick on Friday. Stayed on the couch all Friday and hardly did anything over the weekend. Missed my Saturday interval training and on the fence about my training for tonight. I have a terrible cough and need to recover. I probably will make an attempt tonight and see how much strength-endurance I have and take it from there.

This is not fun. The scale went up slightly from my last Monday's weigh in but not like 5 pounds or anything like that.

That's all I got at the moment. Ooh how could I forget, I lost my voice too over the weekend. Good news for some, laughing to myself, but hard to communicate at work.
