Resumed the chair exercise routine after having stopped due to pulled abd muscles. To log it, I had to enter a custom exercise and had to guesstimate the cals burned just so I could log this. I modified the routine by dropping the chair-lift exercise and substituting an elbow-touch one to work upper turkey arms. I broke my to-date perfect compliance with metab reset by eating the chocolate-covered marshmallow candy gifted me. No worries, I enjoyed it pretty much but too sweet and candy does no longer tempt me. I actually dislike very sweet food/treats.
