Cold here and much to do ahead of tomorrow's storm - livestock cares nothing for convenience.
That said, came in for a cup of HOT coco and a large serving of asst nuts and logged it and yikes! 25% of my target calories. I'll burn more today than usual but it still shocked me a bit. Thinking more soup for lunch and no crackers lol.
THIS is why we need to log EVERY meal and not just the "good" ones. Honesty is the only way to get a clear view of how we can improve.

Those nuts will get ya! I just try to get as much meat in me as possible and go to nuts as a treat. When I started logging everything was a wakeup call. I haven't logged much lately since I'm eating the same steak. Beef fish yada daily. If i eat cheese I try to log cuz i know i can go overboard. Are you on a ranch? That's hard work. You'll burn it!! Enjoy that hot coco and stay warm.
