Today, been tearful listening to Elvis while walking but the walking did me a lot of good. 10,173 steps a wonderful stew eaten 😋. only 800 odd calories eaten today. I. don't fill the food in on here because I have a Samsung heath site a d a weighing food site so done twice everyday. Even with the telly on the flat is too quiet, because Jim and I never stopped talking even talking to myself is not enough. Merry Mel 😍

I can relate. I used to be alone for 10 plus hours every day and that was hard for me. I can imagine what it is like to be alone for much longer periods. That will happen for me soon enough. Sending a prayer and a hug.
