Feeling bleh today. I miss the sun. The darkness never bothered me before but maybe because I haven’t been able to hike for the past 2 months is making me feel the darkness more. It seems to rain every weekend and I just can’t make it out to hike in this rain.

I've decided to take the day off Wednesday just to get a hike in. The weather should be nice. I need to find a way to be outdoors when the weather is bad. I miss nature.

You can find it on Amazon. They're Usually 20-50 dollars and come in a few different colors and shapes. If you look up happy light or happy light for depression on Amazon you should be able find it.

I'm like you -- find it much more motivating to be out in nature. And the shorter days...ugh. Does make it more difficult. For us, it's more typically wind than rain that makes it hard to get out, although we are beginning that season up in the mountains where it's too sloppy to hike, but not enough snow to ski. I have faith you'll get a break in the weather 😊
