Well it certainly sounds 😋. I've never heard of Korean braised peachy beef, but that sounds cool I'll look it up ^^. Why mashed potatoes instead of rice is it typically served over potatoes instead of 🍚 🌾 or is it something you thought of yourself? I like both just curious 🤔? Any additions or changes you would recommend?

Thx Leah😊 (1) Had rice last night and I don‘t worry about authentic meals or cooking. Creating new flavors is something I like to do. (2) Peach Fire Beef is not a thing until tonght. It‘s peach season out my way and 2 were overripe so added instead of refined sugar. (3) As far as changes, I don‘t know. Maybe kimchi instead of raw cabbage in the braise and maybe more heat.

I bet peaches were great with the beef! My mother makes her beef bulgogi marinade with asian pears often in place of sugar.
