I take this stuff called Prunelax I get from Amazon the night before and it usually works the next morning. I have to take every few days for the exact same reason. Once it’s been day 3 with nothing, I take it.

daily magnesium for the win. 🏆 you'll be regular once again. my doc suggested 600, work up to 1000 at night, will help sleep too.
