Swam today even with the lovely bronchitis and the pain in my upper back. It was a good swim, but the breathing was the real challenge. I ended up doing three sets of 500 with a solid minute in between to try and catch my breath. so, it was slow, 8.8 METs, average heart rate was 131, but i earned it. Looks like the spread between zones was pretty even between 1-3. Anyways, got it done, walked the dogs, went to the bay with BF and had a nice lunch. I think I’m taking Friday off for the long weekend. Time for bed, expecting the week to be nuts.
