Happy end of January!?!?! What happened? I cant believe 2023 is almost a month old already. Is it just me?
I feel so unproductive. I've only skied once this month and missed the gym for a week since I've been sick. I'm hoping after today, I can get back to something.
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who gave me advice on managing my eating while my dad is visiting. I'm trying to use a combination and variation of the suggestions. I think I'm getting an idea of how to do it but need to do some more experimenting. The 9pm eating is a definite no even if it is low calorie and light. I cant fall a sleep and wake up full until late afternoon.
