this is going to be a nonsense post so I can practice walking and typing at the same time before I get serious about it for work. currently at .8 MPH, trying to find a smooth speed for typing and reading. going to have to figure out what to do with the computer glasses. the one thing I'm figuring out right now - there is no good way to deal with my mouse and I hate the touchpad for the stuff I do at work. it's fine for the personal computer. I do have to look at what I'm typing more. I guess I can practice cut and paste. should also do some scrolling to see how much attention I have to pay to walking. also need to make note of whether I want to stay flat or on an incline which is actually better for my rotten knees. yes, I can absolutely walk faster, but it can't be to the detriment of getting actual work done.
