I'm usually a happy, positive person but I have experienced depression in the cold Winter months. Going to the Gym gets me out of the house & I feel all the endorphins from exercise. Another benefit from trying to stay healthy :-)

Totally agree with this. I find that going in and lifting those heavy weights shifts my mind off stress from work or the winter blues! I am so thankful to be able to go to the gym 3x a week. I may complain about some of them but at the end of the day I am always glad I did it! Thanks for sharing. This is truly a lifelong habit that we have to continue to work on.
