Fasted 16 hours. Ravenous this morning for some reason. Had homemade sausage mcmuffin and leftover Chinese food. Hit the spot! Roommate's headed over to his folks' place. Family finally got in from Florida. They let me beg off. I am a hermit by nature.

Ha ha same. The Real Love Boat, anyone? I also got very into Australian Survivor. It has kinda ruined me for the new era US version. And i like BB Canada way better too.

I tried the RLB but I could not too it. I do some Too Hot to Handle when working out though. The BB seasons were pretty good this year. And yeah Kevin!!!
