Journaling separately this morning. It's been a week and then some. Friend lost his dog to coyote attack, mom has had some medical issues, work is still a bear, tired of the dark, I can deal with being cold, but I need to be able to move. Sadie is doing okay, I think we're going ahead with another round next week, waiting for them to call me.
I need an easy to read/understand resource for osteoarthritis for someone who doesn't read medical texts, preferably something where we can enlarge the text to at least 20pt font. Got some arthritis issues entering into my life and I need to convince them that not moving is just about the worst thing unless the doctor says otherwise. I feel like I've been here before.
ordered new glasses this week. one for my workspace, one for inside the house and one for the inevitable misplacement of the first two. They're all different this time, so I'll know which ones are missing. They're all cute this time rather than utilitarian.
