At hospital from 10:30am until 6:30pm. DID get in 1.7 miles of walking, did not drink extra Diet Coke, didn’t get to go to Outback for lunch or dinner (oh well, the butter beans are nice and warm on a cold night!). Mother-in-law’s ablation surgery went fine, PTL!
