On a brighter note … today I completed my fourth day in a row of walking 1 mile or more. Two of the days, it was 1.3 miles! Today was actually the highest day, with 2,996 steps. I know it’s a mere pittance compared to some of the exercise strategies y’all have, but it’s progress for me and I feel good about it.
