Happy Monday! It's sooo gloomy out! I cant believe how cold it's gotten all of a sudden. This weekend was all about comfort eating. So I'm blaming the cold weather. I wanted warm food not a cold salad. I enjoyed every minute and decided to be nice to myself and not weigh in for a few days. I tried to log in what I ate but find that when I eat out it becomes a food blur. Saturday we went to a French restaurant in the city. I had escargot and bouillabaisse. It was yummy. My first time have bouillabaisse. Of course I had bread and wine. How much??! I have no idea. It looked so good that I finished my meal and forgot to take a picture. Sunday, we went to dim sum. I ate maybe 2 of every dish. All the dishes we ate were greasy/ oily so I paid for that later. But oooh so good! Again another food blur so I logged what I could remember. I have to laugh at myself because when I get home after all the eating and sit and try to remember what I ate. I'm amazed how quickly (30minutes) after a meal I cant remember what I shoved in my face.
