Journaling tonight because tomorrow is going to be a sh*tfest at work and I have a few personal things to try and get done first thing as well. Planning on getting up around 6 and starting at 6:30 to try and get a run on the day. Top it off with a call with the new boss to discuss how I'm working too many hours. Um, because it's end of year and stuff has to be done? Whatever.

Swam today, did a bunch of other stuff as well, feel like I'm starting to make progress on the overwhelmingness of the house and yard. 878 strokes, 10.8 METs, 157 average heart rate, 21 minutes in peak. Pretty good for a haphazard month of swims. Not even going to look back at how many times I was in the pool. Ravenous again, keeping it under control. Took a shorter walk with the dogs this evening. Perfect night outside. Quiet and cool. New moon.

Anyways, time for bed it if I'm going to try and get up super early. Splice and dice not working on pics. took the beasties to the car wash. it was less scary this time.

Time for bed. I need 7 hours at least.
